Peter Bowker is a British dramatist and screenwriter born on January 5, 1959.

He is best known for the television series Desperate Romantics (2009), a biographical drama about the Pre-Raphaelite Brotherhood, Occupation (2009), a musical theater about three military personnel adjusting to civilian life after a tour of duty in Iraq, and Blackpool (2004), a musical drama about a shady casino owner.
