Season 2 of ‘Sexify' follows Malgorzata Debska as she finances Monika, Natalia, and Paulina's app and assigns advisor Maks Oleksiak to assist them. The Sexify office gets a surprise visit from Maks Oleksiak. He uses his own ID badge to get into the building.
He strolls through the company's pleasant workplace on his way to Monika's office, where he breaks the news that she will have to lay off some employees of Sexify. When it comes to Sexify, Maks is keeping a close check on things as their new advisor.
When Natalia comes into the office, he reminds her right away that they have a second shoot scheduled for today. He questions Natalia as well, noting down her contributions to Sexify for the day.
Paulina's tuition stands out in his mind, and he notes it as a potential issue when he meets her. All of the females feel the same way about not having Maks in their midst. While Natalia and Paulina are busy developing the software, Monika will take care of him.
As a Team, Maks and Monika
Monika and Maks have distinct jobs inside the organization. Maks is more of a realist, whereas the ambitious Monika goes for broke. Unlike Monika, Maks doesn't feel bad about getting rid of employees and considers it a necessary evil in order to save the company. He plans to let Paulina go as well.
Unwillingly, Monika follows his advice and fires several staff members. After a string of missteps, Maks reassures Monika that this is the first good decision they've made. They need to face facts, he says, so he brings up firing Paulina again in front of Monika.
Cruelly, he brings up the fact that Paulina's education in graphic design is very expensive. They shouldn't put too much emphasis on graphic design. Monika will never make the decision to fire Paulina.
After Monika's bad experience with Maks, she vents to Debska. Debska argues with her in an effort to show his worth. The protocols he insists on following irritate him, but he is undeniably loyal.

Maks Makes Efforts to Alter
Maks makes every effort to support Sexify. By divulging their trade secrets to Debska, Monika continues to believe that he is attempting to harm the business. Maks gains some knowledge about the girls who work on Sexify throughout his stay there.
At first, he thought they were unprofessional. These girls disproved the labels he assigned them time and time again. He acknowledges some of their advantages. Maks praises them, but he keeps informing Debska of everything.
Maks takes Monika in after the girls are sacked from their jobs and start to come apart. They both go outside to recharge, and Maks observes Monika's bravery and occasional rule-breaking as she learns from her. The couple decides to share a bed.
Maks betrays Debska
It's clear that Maks is aware of Debska's plans. When the girls were older, he watched as Debska took all they owned. After much consideration, he made the decision to abandon the cause.
In the beginning, Maks informs Monika of Debska's plans for their apps Sexify and Sexiguy. What they're used for is irrelevant to her. She is just interested in the private information they have gathered.
The Vertigo Funding Group, the company forcing Monika's father out of business, is the intended buyer of this information. When he meets Natalia and Paulina at the Warsaw Web Summit, he gives them passwords to Sexify and Sexiguy.
Before a live audience, the girls show off the app's brand-new “match” function. Those apps are both fantastic. The girls try to reason with Debska, but she won't budge, so they have to uninstall the programme and all of its associated data quickly.
While Debska is looking at Maks, he explains what happened. Debska wonders if it was okay with him that they did it. Maks hands her the business card and says that he did it. The girls go to a concert by Young Juvenile to celebrate their success.
There, Maks tells Monika he turned on Debska for himself and not because of her. He learned to enjoy rule-breaking from Monika, and he did just that. This was the first time he'd ever done the right thing instead of just going with the flow. The tension between them was something he talked about further.
He acknowledges that they enjoyed their time together but notes that they aren't particularly well suited for one another. He is aware of this, and so is Monika. As a result, Monika and Maks have decided to keep their friendship going strong for the foreseeable future.
