After a few months of waiting, Netflix has decided on the future of Jamie Foxx's new comedy series Dad Stop Embarrassing Me!, which premiered on Netflix in April 2021. Unfortunately, we've learned that the Netflix sitcom has been cancelled after one season and will not be renewed for a second. Jamie Foxx and Jim Patterson created the Netflix Original comedic series Dad Stop Embarrassing Me!
While it is not the first Original series to include Foxx, it is the first time the Oscar winner has appeared in one. Foxx's early television career was largely comedy, including roles in In Living Color and 3rd Rock from the Sun, as well as his own series, The Jamie Foxx Show, which he created, starred in, and produced.

Jamie Foxx is an actor, comedian, singer, and record producer from the United States. He joined the cast of the sketch comedy show In Living Color in 1991 and stayed till the show ended in 1994.
David Alan Grier played the Role of Pops Dixon

Wrapping Up
Subscribers and critics were underwhelmed, with a low 25 percent on rotten tomatoes (audience score 49 percent) and an IMDb rating of only 4.2. Figures have saved shows from cancellation in the past, but they weren't enough to preserve Dad Embarrassing Me! this time.
