Welcome to Chippendales Episode 5: Recap
Somen is fitted for a suit before flying to New York for the big opening of Chippendales. Somen is impressed by everything that is going on when he arrives. From the large crowd to the cool setup to the bizarre show that he ends up enjoying.
Somen and Nick's back and forth is mediocre, but they go outdoors, and it's snowing. Somen had never experienced snow. It resulted in a snow fight between the two, which was entertaining until it wasn't. Somen pushed Nick and labeled him a bully after being pelted repeatedly.
Nick then appears on every possible show and makes them refer to him as “The Creator and Mr. Chippendale,” further infuriating Somen. Irene discovers the VIP cards and explodes on Somen. He apologizes, and she promises to rectify it. Somen attempts to appear on a talk show, which ends in disaster.
Ray and Somen drive by a new male-stripper establishment on their way home from the chat show. Somen addressed the proprietor, who scoffed at his assertion that Chippendales was his kid. At the end of the episode, Somen tells Ray that he must prove his commitment by torching the man's club, which he does.
