Frontier Foundry and developer Complex Games have announced that Warhammer 40,000: Chaos Gate – Daemonhunters, a turn-based tactical game, will be released on May 5, 2022, in North America and Europe.
This announcement comes on the heels of the announcement that Andy Serkis will be joining the game's ensemble cast to voice the role Vardan Kai, a Grand Master and Steward of the Armoury who will appear in the game's campaign.

In this ruthless and fast-paced turn-based tactical RPG, you'll be in command of humanity's most powerful weapon, the Grey Knights, as they battle against the corrupting powers of Chaos.
Identify and put a stop to a sinister scheme to infect the galaxy with the Bloom, a cosmic plague capable of withering entire worlds into oblivion across the universe.
As a result of their faith and commitment, the Grey Knights' entire existence is shrouded in secret, and their rule is maintained through mind-wiping and executions.

As the captain of a ship of Grey Knights, you must prevent the spread of Bloom, a plague spawned by the Chaos God Nurgle that is threatening to swallow the galaxy. This is a turn-based tactical role-playing game.
You'll be in command of the ship Baleful Edict as you pick which worlds to attempt to save from the looming threat and where to concentrate the efforts of the Grey Knights' forces.
Complex Games unveiled four new Grey Knight classes last week, each of which may be earned and used in battle by players.

In addition to the starting classes of Justicar, Interceptor, Purgator, and Apothecary, there are four new Advanced Classes: Paladin, Chaplain, Librarian, and Purifier.
These classes join the existing starting classes of Justicar, Interceptor, Purgator, and Apothecary. Each of these classes will have its own set of upgrades and powers that you will be able to unlock as you progress through the campaign.
Those who pre-order the game will receive two in-game items that are just available to pre-orderers.
In your possession is the ancient tome Domina Liber Daemonica, a powerful artifact that contains words that have the ability to send Daemons back into the Warp.
The Destroyer of Crys'yllix Daemonhammer, on the other hand, was the first Nemesis Daemonhammer of its kind, and it is a legendary weapon that shattered the Lord of Change Crys'yllix centuries ago.
Players will also get access to an exclusive character, Castellan Garran Crowe, as part of the £10 premium that is included with the Castellan Champion Edition.
He will enter the campaign about halfway through the plot as a Grey Knights Champion, and he will be able to battle alongside the rest of the team during the campaign.

Pre-orders for the game are currently being accepted on Steam and the Epic Games Store, with prices beginning at £34.99/$44.99/€44.99.
