Early Life
Wesley St. To Wellesley and Jennifer Bolt, Leo Bolt was born on August 21, 1986 He was born in Trelawny Parish, Jamaica, in the village of Sherwood Content. Playing cricket and football on the street with his siblings, Sadiki and Sherine, was an important part of his boyhood. For many years, his parents managed a grocery shop in a small city in rural America.
Usain attended Waldensia Primary School, where he quickly rose to the position of school top runner by the age of twelve.
