Undone Season 2: Undone is an American adult animated psychological comedy/drama TV show that stars Rosa Salazar and was made by Kate Purdy and Raphael Bob-Waksberg. The first episode of the show came out on Amazon Prime Video on September 13, 2019, with great reviews.
It is the first animated original series for adults on Amazon, and it is also the first show to use rotoscoping. In November 2019, Amazon renewed Undone for a second season which premiered on April 29, 2022.
What is Season 2 of Undone About?
In Undone, a young woman survives a car accident that changes how she sees time and brings her closer to her dead father. In the first season of Undone, Alma learns to deal with her new skill, which some people might call a “gift.”
She figures out how to switch between her spiritual experiences and the real world. But what does she really know? Alma starts to feel differently about time and space, and she realizes that she can use this to learn more about her father's death, which has always been a mystery to her.
Alma's mystical journey keeps getting stranger and stranger, but that doesn't stop her from going deeper into it in Season 2. The trailer shows this. Alma needs to know something about why she has this power in the first place.

Now that Becca can move through time, too, they could work together to do something bigger. Since both sisters have the gift, they can learn more about themselves and their family's history.
This can help them on an emotional, mental, and spiritual level. But we won't know if that helps Alma figure out what happened to her father and gives her closure until the second season of Undone.

Did Undone Season 2’s Ending Really Happen?
The fact that the Season 2 finale of Undone is so confusing is part of what makes this show so good. We really don't know if what Alma saw and heard was real or if it was all part of a big lie.
That's how scary it is that you might have a mental illness. In one version of this show, Alma does have powers, which she used to go to a different time. In this view, everything Alma said can be taken at face value.
She did “fix” her original timeline so that her dad could come back, and she was able to “fix” it even more so that her grandmother and mother could get better.
But it's also possible that Alma made up everything that happened in Season 2 while she was waiting in a cave in Mexico for her dead father to come out.

Undone has always used little moments to ask if Alma has powers or is having a psychotic break. Season 2 is a longer version of that troubling question, and we still don't know what to think.
