Career
After having great success with both Parade and the Saturdays, Jayne Collins decided to try her hand at forming a new boy band and launched open auditions in 2009 to find potential members.
Out of the hundreds of other people that tried out for the group, Parker was chosen to be one of the five members along with Nathan Sykes, Siva Kaneswaran, Max George, and Jay McGuiness. Parker was picked after an audition. Before settling on the moniker they Wanted for their band, the members of the band worked together to create their first record after forming the band.
