Is there a release date for Season 4 of Succession?
Since the pandemic caused the two-year break between seasons 2 and 3, it's unlikely that fans will have to wait nearly as long for new episodes. Show creator Jesse Armstrong teased plot points for future episodes of the HBO drama in an interview with Deadline, suggesting that Tom's decision may come back to bite him in the arse because Logan isn't known for being loyal or trusting. According to an interview with Entertainment Weekly, actress Sarah Snook stated that Shiv will have “a lot of soul-searching to do” in the upcoming third season. “My mother has deserted me. As it turns out, my father is actually the devil, and my husband has made an agreement with him. As a result, I have nowhere to turn. And, really, will I run to my brothers?…the Where's safest port to dock at?…”
During his interview with IndieWire, Armstrong also discussed Greg's decision to side with Tom in the finale and how that may affect his character development: “Greg has demonstrated, I believe, that he is not uninterested in wielding power and accumulating wealth. It's just that he's only ever consumed very small amounts of it in the previous years.”
