The “Hellfire Club,” a D&D organization that Mike (Finn Wolfhard), Dustin (Gaten Matarazzo), and Lucas (Caleb McLaughlin) joined during their first year at Hawkins High School, is led by Eddie, a peculiar and mysterious figure.
Eddie, portrayed by English actor Joesph Quinn, is focused on graduating despite having been put off at least once or twice in the past. Eddie's actual in t is his D&D campaign, in which he developed the antagonist “Vecna.”
Eddie becomes the primary suspect in the police inquiry and is compelled to go into hiding after he witnesses Chrissy Cunningham's (Grace Van Dien) horrible possession and subsequent savage murder.
As more bodies pile up, Dustin and Max (Sadie Sink) can persuade the rest of the gang of Eddie's innocence. To find a means to stop the person responsible for the fatalities, he reluctantly follows them into the “Upside Down.” Vecna.
Eduardo Franco asArgyle
Jonathan (Charlie Heaton) befriends Argyle after moving to California with Joyce (Winona Ryder), Will (Noah Schnapp), and Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown).
The role of Argyle, portrayed by Eduardo Franco of Booksmart, primarily provides comic relief. He works for Surfer Boy Pizza as a delivery driver.
Jonathan's quiet and reserved attitude contrasts with his outgoing personality. He has been likened to Jeff Spicoli (Sean Penn) from the 1982 movie Fast Times At Ridgemont High.
He becomes a vital member of the gang as he drives them around in his pizza delivery van, despite some of his stoner-related blunders.
Robert Englund asVictor Creel
After Chrissy passes away and Eddie is missing, Nancy (Natalia Dyer) decides to go to the trailer park where the death occurred. Occurred Stoffer), Eddie's uncle, tells her this isn't the first murder of this nature in Hawkins. She learns about Victor Creel (Robert Englund), who in 1959 executed his wife and two children in the same manner.
Nancy and Robin (Maya Hawke) can go for Creel, who is at the Pennhurst Mental Hospital, to visit Nancy and Robin. He informs them that many strange occurrences started soon after he and his family moved into the home they inherited from his late uncle and that he thinks the murders were supernatural.
He can give Nancy and Robin a hint as to how they might be able to defend themselves from Vecna after admitting that he tried to reunite with his deceased family by putting razor blades to his eyes.
Jamie Campbell Bower asVecna/One/Henry
Vecna is identified as Henry Creel, Victor Creel's presumed-deceased son, in the final episode of Volume 1. Victor was convinced that a demon had taken possession of his new house, but it turned out that Henry had been acting strangely all along.
Henry/Vecna, portrayed by Jamie Campbell Bower (Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street), was adopted by Dr. Brenner (Matthew Modine) following the passing of his parents and the imprisonment of his father.
Henry appears as an anonymous orderly in flashback scenes where Eleven relives her past at the Hawkins Laboratory, giving her direction and counsel. He eventually convinces her that Brenner cannot be trusted by showing her that he has a tattoo that says “001” on his wrist, which is similar to hers.
The implanted chip in his neck that limits his abilities is taken out by her during her effort to flee, freeing him to lash out at the Hawkins Lab workers and other kids.
Since Volume 2 of Stranger Things Season 4 has been accessible on Netflix since July 1, it is strongly advised that you watch the final two episodes before you unintentionally come across spoilers.
The season's finale lays the groundwork for a much darker and much-awaited Season 5, which will start its writing process the following month, in August.

A Major Character's Death Avoids The Show's Worst Issue In Stranger Things 4!
The fate of Eddie Munson in the season 4 finale of Stranger Things avoided the show's issue of making its significant fatalities the results of unfortunate events.
Even though Eddie Munson (Joseph Quinn) immediately rose to prominence as one of the show's most adored characters, Stranger Things continued its tradition of killing off newly introduced characters the same season they were first introduced.
The way Upside Down's monsters killed Eddie, however, markedly differed from the critical deaths in earlier seasons, making Eddie's terrible conclusion the most poignant character death to date.
While Stranger Things season 4 avoided killing off any of the show's central Hawkins cast members, there were still a few noteworthy death twists.
Dr. Martin Brenner finally passed away in Stranger Things season 4 after initially being thought to have died in the season 1 finale.
While attempting to leave the Nina Project Lab with Eleven, the character was shot and killed by the military. As he took his final breath, Eleven continued to hold it against him.
Jason Carver, a significant antagonist in the first three seasons of Stranger Things, was brutally killed off in the season four finale when the Upside Down's gates opened in Hawkins.
Max Mayfield suffers from damaged limbs, blindness, and comatoseness due to Vecna's tortures, and she briefly passes out before Eleven uses her abilities to revive her.
Eddie Munson, who gave his life in the Upside Down to save Dustin and the town of Hawkins, suffered the most significant loss of all.
