Will Slow Horses Return for a Season 2?
In addition to season 2, seasons 3 and 4 of Slow Horses have been officially announced.
A trailer for Season 2 was released at the end of Episode 6 of Season 1, adapting Dead Lions, the second novel in Mick Herron's series.

After suggesting that Season 2 of Slow Horses will be arriving before the end of 2022, Apple TV Plus has confirmed that the new season will release worldwide on Friday, December 2.

Season 2's first two episodes are included in the premiere. The final episode of Slow Horses season 2 is scheduled to air on December 30.
What Does the Programme Cover?
The plot of Slow Horses centers on the characters who find themselves working at Slough House after being transferred there as a form of punishment from MI5.
Jackson Lamb (Oldman), the grumpy old worthless head of the Slough House, is well aware that the agents being sent there are sometimes unlikeable and unworthy of the job they have been granted, yet he seems to have a fondness for them anyhow.
However, the Slough House is able to investigate criminal conspiracies involving influential people while remaining hidden thanks to their unusual status. All members of MI5 are included in this category.

While his trademark remarks are still available, he seems more ready to get back into the action in season 2. Oscar winner Gary Oldman has been acting since the 1980s, and despite still having Christopher Nolan's Oppenheimer to come, he has lately said that he is contemplating retirement when the run of Slow Horses ends.
Dustin Demri-Burns (Min Harper), Christopher Chung (Roddy Ho), Saskia Reeves (Catherine Standish), Rosalind Eleazar (Louisa Guy), and Jack Lowden (River Cartwright) are all present as well.
