The fourth installment would pick up where Season 3 leaves off, bringing the story back to where it left off. The suspense surrounding who will be the one to ring the bell will be the first and most important thing viewers will be looking forward to seeing.
Given that the Studio has already released two films featuring the Arc manga, it is doubtful that the series will include any references. That is an entirely different time zone than where we are currently located.
