Date of Release
Season 7 of Rocket League is going on right now, and the developers have said on the official Rocket League website that this new season will end on Wednesday, September 7, 2022. Usually, the next season starts right away.
So, it's likely that season 8 will come out right after season 7 and on the same date (September 7, 2022). It will probably go live no later than Thursday, September 8, 2022.

Rocket Pass Season 8
As we just said, the Season 8 Rocket Pass will have something that has never happened before: an IRL car. The Honda Civic Type R is coming to Rocket League, and anyone who bought the Premium Rocket Pass will be able to use it right away.
The car has the Octane hitbox, and later in the past, you can unlock the Honda Civic Type R-LE, a more powerful version of the vehicle. As usual, there are more than 70 tiers of unique rewards, and you can buy the pass for 1,000 Credits or the Rocket Pass Bundle for 2,000 Credits, which gives you 12 more tiers right away.
New Turf Arena in Sovereign Heights
Sovereign Heights Arena is a must-see for many of the best soccer players in the world. It is in the middle of the city. Even though official games don't happen here very often, this city is home to some of the most talented people in the world.

Speaking of homegrown, players who have been playing for a long time will love how this classic turf field feels. Even though people are just starting to hear about this Sovereign Heights Arena, players can get in on the ground floor.
You can win Season 8 Tournament Rewards by taking part in local tournaments. Use the Tea Shades Topper to find out what's going on in your area, or use the KettleBell Player Banner and Antenna Tournament Rewards to focus on yourself.
You make your own rules. Use the TVRO Topper satellite dish to catch some pirate radio waves. You can also try to get Black Market Rewards, but you'll need luck and skill to get one.
Patch Notes
For those who don't know, the patch notes will tell us about all the new content coming to the game, either on its own or as part of the Rocket Pass. They will also tell us about all the bugs that have been fixed and the known problems that are still being worked on.
