It has been announced that Rhodes to the Top, the American Extreme Wrestling reality show starring Brandi and Cody Rhodes, will return for a second season on TNT. Aside from that, the network serves as the current home of both Dynamite and Rampage.
As Cody Rhodes, Executive Vice President of AEW, and his wife Brandi, Chief Branding Officer of AEW, negotiate their rapidly-changing personal and professional lives, Rhodes to the Top tracks their journey to the top of the corporate ladder. As an added bonus, Rhodes to the Top gives viewers an inside look at The Nightmare Factory, the Rhodes professional wrestling training facility.
Dave Meltzer, a well-known wrestling and sports writer, made the announcement about the second season of Rhodes to the Top. Rhodes to the Top has yet to announce an official release date for the second season, as well as the amount of episodes that will be included in the season.

The Elite (which includes The Young Bucks, Kenny Omega, and Adam Cole), TNT Champion Sammy Guevara, Ethan Page, and the Dark Order's Evil Uno are among the talent on the card, which will air on TNT.It was first revealed in March, and it was advertised for the following six months before it was finally shown on the small screen in September.
A look behind the scenes at AEW, with guest appearances from other AEW performers such as Pres10 Vance, QT Marshall, Ricky Starks, Darby Allin, Jade Cargill, Red Velvet, and many others, the reality series was a hit with fans. Besides the professional life of Brandi and Cody, Rhodes to the Top also focused on their personal lives as they handled the changes brought about by the birth of their first child.
Rhodes to the Top had six episodes in its initial season, which was shown on NBC. It was frequently broadcast immediately after Dynamite on Wednesdays, however two episodes were broadcast following special Dynamite broadcasts that were instead broadcast on Saturday.
The late time slot and the change in day of the week affected the average number of viewers per episode. Despite the fact that the show premiered to more than 400,000 people, the first season only averaged 360,000 viewers. It received a.15 rating in the 18-49 age group, which is a critical demographic.
TNT will continue to broadcast Rampage and Rhodes To The Top while Dynamite is expected to shift to TBS at the start of the new year. If Dynamite is able to secure a more favourable time slot, the reality show's shift could have a negative influence on its ratings.
