Are you in search of a movie that will make you “Awwwww”, if yes then here is what I have bring to you, “Really Love” will take you back to the days of old school romance, where love was treated as love and not an enjoyment. so let's dive deep into what the movie has for you.
Really Love is a 2020 American love drama directed and co-written by Felicia Pride by Angel Kristi Williams. The film is set in Washington, D.C., focusing on romance between an aspiring law student and a fighting artist (Kofi Siriboe) (Yootha Wong-Loi-Sing). Love made its premiere at the AFI Film Festival in October 2020.
This is one of the movie you should add in the bucket of romantic films and series like Modern Love where you will be able to see our favourite GOT character John Snow or THE L WORD: GENERATION Q SEASON 2- story on lesbian love.
What the Movie is All About?
The Movie gives you the old-school Black romance movie feel in terms of two Black individuals, who love one another unequivocally, go on nice dates, chat sweetly but with no tragedy, which is where Real Love goes beyond them, while this falls into the standard romantic film war that causes you to roll your eyes, until then.
Kofi Siriboe is the kind that is supposed to establish a career in romantic flicks. He has the appearance, the voice, the swag, and it may be just as difficult as he or she could be for yourself or someone you like to associate with, as is demonstrated on the Queen Sugar. That's not to suggest that Yootha Wong-Loi-Sing just receives complimentary and love. She is also an OWN alumna via Love Is and reminds you of the fact that despite her limits, she is treated like the other woman, you have rooted for her character.
Production story of the Really Love
