Queer Eye is an American reality television series that premiered on Netflix on February 7, 2018. Queer Eye Season 7: Plot

Although this may appear to be a stereotype, homosexual men have a better sense of style than their heterosexual counterparts. The reason for this is that most guys either don't care about their appearance or lack the sense and sophistication to make good fashion choices. The five buddies are experts in a variety of fields and are eager to share their knowledge with the gay community. They help them in more ways than just the fashion department.

Following the announcement, each member of the “Queer Eye” cast shared a photo from the cast's promotional shoot in New Orleans.

Backstage spoke with casting directors Ally Capriotti Grant and Pamela Vallarelli in June about how Queer Eye finds its heroes. “The ideal hero is someone who would never see this coming, or someone who would never nominate or submit themselves,” Vallarelli explained, adding that they look for people who represent different parts of the city they're in.
