Before he passed the civil service exam in 2012, Pradeep Gawande was an MBBS doctor. In 2012, Pradeep Gawande ranked 478 in all of India on the UPSC Civil Services Exams. He joined the IAS in 2013 and is from the Rajasthan cadre.
After he finished his training, he was put in charge of Bundi as the assistant collector. Then, in 2015, he worked as an Assistant Secretary in the Ministry of Chemical Fertilizers and SDM in Dholpur.
From November 2016 to May 2018, Pradeep Gawande was the CEO of Jodhpur Zilla Parishad. From April 2018 to February 2020, he was the CEO of the Bikaner Municipal Council.

He started working as the District Collector in Churu on July 2, 2020 and stayed there until January 6, 2021. On January 4, 2021, Pradeep Gawande became the MD of RSLDC. He worked there until October 20, 2021. In March 2022, Pradeep Gawande was put in charge of Archeology and Museums in Rajasthan.

On March 28, 2022, they both posted on their social media accounts that they were getting married. On April 21, 2022, Pradeep will marry IAS Tina Dabi in Jaipur. The reception will likely take place at the Hotel Holiday Inn, and Minister Ashok Gehlot will also be there.
Tina Dabi told a major news organization that she met Pradeep in the Jaipur health department during the second wave of Covid 19. This is where they became friends, leading to a beautiful relationship.

Controversy
In 2021, Pradeep Gawande was linked to a case of bribery. Three teams from the Anti-Corruption Bureau caught Rahul Kumar Garg, the manager of the Rajasthan Skill and Livelihood Development Corporation (RSLDC), and Ashok Sangwan, the coordinator of the RSLDC, while they were taking a Rs 5 lakh bribe.

Pradeep Gawande was the Chief Manager of RSLDC at the time of the bribery scandal. In a press conference, BL Soni, who is the head of the ACB, said that Pradeep was asked to come in for questioning about the bribery case. He said,
“We wanted to talk to Pradeep Gawande, the managing director of RSLDC. He was asked specific questions, such as why permission for a particular training form was revoked and, if it had been canceled, how the process of granting authorization was started over again.
