Now you may use two-factor authentication with your Duo Mobile app.
Note: In order to ensure the safety of your Duo Mobile app, you must first register it. To link your Duo Mobile app to your NYC H+H account, simply follow the procedures outlined below.
On your iPhone, how do you download and set up the Duo Mobile App?
- In order to use the Duo Mobile App, follow these instructions.

- Open the Duo Mobile App after you’ve installed the app and activated it.

The Enterprise Service Desk should be contacted if you receive the notice “Please contact DUO Administrator” when trying to access DUO.

6. Enter the phone number of your mobile device in the empty space and check the box next to it.
7. Select the type of device you’re using.
To install Duo Mobile for Android, read and follow the instructions displayed on the screen.
8. Scan the barcode displayed on the screen with the Duo Mobile app (Read the instructions on the left of the barcode for more details).
9. Click Finish to finish the installation.
10. Complete the setup by following the on-screen instructions.

Using the Duo Mobile App to Login to NYCHHC Webmail
To access your NYCHHC account, simply perform the following steps:
- Click on (https://connect-idp.nychhc.org/my.policy) in your browser to begin.
- Enter your corporation’s User ID and Password.
- Select “Sign in.” Duo’s authentication page will be displayed.
- The Duo authentication notification will appear on your phone if you select the option to receive it there.

- Next, choose between Duo Push, Call Me, or Passcode as your preferred method of Authentication.
- After selecting Passcode, type in your password and press Verify.
- Congratulations! You’ve now completed the MFA process using Duo App.
