Vasan Bala, who directed Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota (2018), 83 (2021), and Psycho Raman (2016), also directed the crime comedy Monica, O My Darling.
At the event, which was held in Mumbai, the people who made the movie said that Sriram Raghavan was supposed to direct it at first, but he couldn't do it because he was too busy.
Yogesh Chandekar wrote the script for the movie, which is being made by Sarita Patil and Sanjay Routray under the name Matchbox Shots. Sukesh Vishwanath is in charge of the camera, Atanu Mukherjee is in charge of the editing, and Achint Thakkar is in charge of the music.

Monica O My Darling: Release Date & Where to Watch?
The movie's creators made a formal announcement about the movie's release date on October 12. It was set to come out this year, though, in September or October. Finally, you can watch it on Netflix starting November 11 in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam.

In the trailer, Jayant, played by Rajkummar Rao, tells Nikki, played by Akanksha Rajan Kapoor, that he is from a small town called Angola. As the teaser goes on, Huma Qureshi plays a role that is both powerful and mysterious. In one scene, she can also be seen using a sharp knife to break up a statue of a tiger.
The scene also shows Radhika Apte giving Jayant advice on how to tell a good story. Sikandar Kher also made a brief appearance in the teaser. He told the main character that he is still just a prince of Angola. Even though no one could guess what the movie is about, we know it will be fun to watch because it has both scary and funny parts.
