The rapper claims he had a $24 MILLION rock implanted as a spectacular face implant; stating he had saved for years for the pink gemstone and wanted it placed in his forehead because he was concerned he'd lose it otherwise.

When Lil Uzi took a stage dive at the Miami hip hop event; his supporters ripped the implant right out of his forehead; according to Lil Uzi.

The good news is that he didn't sustain any significant facial injuries and now has a barbell piercing in its place; as well as the diamond.

In February, Uzi posted a frightening message regarding the implant; tweeting a snapshot of blood pouring around the diamond and claiming he might die if it wasn't removed properly.

He had it removed earlier this summer, but it was re-installed for Rolling Loud.

Fans tried to take a large pink diamond out of rapper Lil Uzi Vert's forehead at Rolling Loud in Miami after he made headlines in February by implanting it into his forehead and then making it disappear with a magic act in June.

Fans were quick to notice that the rapper's head was devoid of diamonds in an Instagram Story with his girlfriend this week. JT, a member of the City Girls, shared a love-filled Instagram story with Uzi and his bare head.

This begged the question: may Uzi just take the diamond out whenever he wants?

After revealing the diamond at the start of the year, jeweler Elliante & Co's Simon Babeav told Rolling Stone that it can be clipped and secured into place, so it may theoretically be unlocked as well.

He told TMZ at Jay-40/40 Z's club's 18th anniversary last month, “I did a gig at Rolling Loud and I jumped into the audience and they kind of ripped it out.”

He stated, “I'm feeling terrific.” “I'm still happy because I have the diamond.”

Fans have speculated since June that he had the gem removed because he was photographed without it.
