On September 10, 2022, the Toronto International Film Festival will host the global debut of Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery.
In addition, the film will have its world premiere at the BFI London Film Festival on October 16, 2022. The film will have a limited theatrical release in November 2022, but we don't yet know when the general public will be able to see it.
On December 23, 2022, the film will debut on Netflix in all regions. Glass Onion is expected to follow in the footsteps of other Christmas weekend blockbusters including Don't Look Up, Bridgerton, The Witcher, and Bird Box.

It's unlikely that Benoit Blanc will return to the Thrombey family's Fresh England mansion because he's off to Greece to “peel back the layers of a mystery involving a new cast of colorful suspects,” as Netflix puts it.
Since the first film came out, fans have speculated about what a sequel to Knives Out would entail, but director Rian Johnson has made it plain that any sequels will be part of an anthology of short films rather than a continuation of the main story.
To The Hollywood Reporter in February of 2020, he said, “Think of it simply like another Hercule Poirot novel from Agatha Christie, so a whole new location, entire new cast.”
