Kim Kardashian and Kanye West Divorce: The divorce between Kim Kardashian and Kanye West is final. Court documents filed on Tuesday revealed that the trial between the pair, who separated at the start of 2021, has been postponed until the following month.
West will pay Kardashian $200k (£167k) every month in child support after the couple waived spousal support.
According to paperwork filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, both parents would have “equal access” to their children, ages 9 and younger, North, Saint, 6, and Chicago, 4.
After eight years of marriage, a judge granted Kardashian a divorce in March at her request, but a trial over property and child custody was set to begin on December 14.
Starting dating in 2012, the couple welcomed their first child in 2013. Later that year, West proposed to his future wife on the large screen at the San Francisco Giants' empty waterfront field. They tied the knot on May 24, 2014, in a ceremony held at a Renaissance fortress in Florence, Italy.
Since Kardashian filed for divorce in February 2021, West has been vocal on social media about the reality star, posting about her claimed new boyfriends and the limited time he gets to spend with his kids.
