Duckworth (born June 17, 1987) is an American rapper, song composer, and producer. He has been hailed as one of the most influential rappers of his generation and one of the best ever rappers since his mainstream breakthrough in 2012 with Good Kid, M.A.A.D City.

While recording To Pimp a Butterfly (2015), the rapper experimented with many genres of music including funk and jazz, as well as spoken word. RIAA certified it platinum, making it his first number one album on the Billboard 200.  A compilation of demos from To Pimp a Butterfly's recording sessions, Untitled Unmastered (2016), was released in 2016.

The first track, “Humble,” topped the US Billboard Hot 100.  On Black Panther's soundtrack, he composed and produced 14 songs in 2018. Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers, Lamar's fifth and last album with TDE, will be released on May 13, 2022.
