Kelsea Ballerini and Morgan Evans Divorce Two Months After Splitting!

Kelsea Ballerini and Morgan Evans Divorce Two Months After Splitting! It has been confirmed by Us Weekly that Kelsea Ballerini and Morgan Evans have finalized their divorce, two months after their separation.

We have learned that the couple settled their divorce case out of court on October 24 in Davidson County, Tennessee. In addition to listing their Nashville home for sale, Ballerini (age 29) and Evans (age 37) declares in the petition that they “have vacated” the residence.

The papers also reveal that the couple had a prenuptial agreement and equally shared all household furnishings and other personal items.

The country music singers got married in December 2017, a full year after Evans proposed. In the original divorce papers obtained by Us, Ballerini stated “irreconcilable differences” as the basis for the breakup back in August. The “Half of My Hometown” singer made the announcement online.

Grammy winner stated at the time through Instagram Story, “Friends, I've always done my best to share my life with you in a true and sensitive way, while still protecting layers of my personal life as it unfolds.” Because my divorce is now public knowledge, I felt it was important for you to hear it from me personally.

Meanwhile, the Aussie gave the impression that he wasn't completely on board with the breakup. About eight hours after Ballerini sent her statement, he confirmed on Instagram that he and Kelsea were getting a divorce. I really wish things were different but alas they are not.

Sources told Us in August that the artists “worked on their marriage for many years and even tried treatment” before filing for divorce. “They realized they couldn't avoid a legal separation and made the decision to do so,” the source said.

The Tennessee native spoke about her breakup with her now ex-husband and its effect on her new album back in October. During an interview with CBS Mornings, she said, “I think when there's a significant life decision like that, it's not a sudden one.” And a lot of stuff goes on before that gets out in the open. I am currently engaged in an active process of recovery. And a significant portion of that is me actually performing for this record and for myself in a way that I never have before.

“It's not chaotic,” she continued. It's not explosive; it just didn't pan out; and that might be a tough story to wrap your brain around when something like, “Oh, my gosh,” happens. In other words, this is a decent human being. In addition, I am a moral human being. And this just isn't fine anymore.'”

Kelsea Ballerini Is Emphasizing Recovery At This Time

Divorce is difficult under any circumstances, but it may be more devastating for those who must deal with public scrutiny. As a public figure, getting some peace and quiet is nearly impossible. However, it appears that Kelsea Ballerini could care less what the general public thinks of her split.

Ballerini's new album, Subject To Change, was released recently, and she's getting ready to go on tour to support it. The performer is completely devoted to her art and development as an artist. Ballerini is working on her mental health while she allows herself to grieve the loss of her marriage.
