On July 20, 1988, Julianne Alexandra Hough was born in Orem, Utah. Marianne and Bruce Hough are the parents of her five siblings.
Her grandparents were all professional dancers, as were her aunts and uncles. Orem's Center Stage Performing Arts Studio provided Hough with her initial instruction.

Dancing Career
Before appearing on the famous ABC show “Dancing with the Stars,” Hough was a Million Dollar Dancer on the ABC show “Show Me the Money” in 2006.
This year she teamed up with Olympic gold champion Apolo Ohno to win season four and season five, respectively. Hough was nominated for an Emmy in July 2008 for her choreography of the film Mambo.
