Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle R Has Been Officially Announced for PC

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle R, the creative anime-based fighting game with a vast and unforgettable cast of characters, will be released on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC, according to the announcement today. It is scheduled to arrive in the fall of 2022.

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle R, which is being developed by CyberConnect2 Co., will immerse players in an authentic video game version that keeps faithful to creator Hirohiko Araki's engaging art style and features the anime series' original Japanese voice cast.

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, which premiered in 1987 and was converted into an anime series in 2012, is best known for its colorful heroes, who use catchphrases and over-the-top gestures to batter one other while employing martial arts and supernatural abilities.

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle R is the most ambitious game in the franchise's history, bringing together more than 50 characters from across the series' five story arcs.

Playable characters

Among the many characters available to play are Jonathan Joestar, DIO, Jotaro Kujo, Jolyne Cujoh, daughter of Jotaro and the first-ever female JoJo in the series, and many others.

Players will be able to experience popular battles from each story and see heroes from different universes interact for the first time.

Gameplay

A completely redesigned and improved version of the fight system previously featured in 2013 is released in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle R, increasing the tempo with hit stops, dashes, complicated new combinations, and an all-new tag-team battle system known as “Support Attack.”

There are several game modes to choose from, including All-Star Battle Mode, Arcade Mode, Online Mode, Versus Mode, Practice Mode, Gallery Mode, and more.

The main mode, All-Star Battle Mode, includes classic confrontations between characters from previous games as well as brand-new conflicts, providing players with more than 100 distinct battles to choose from.

Along with a variety of customizable and collectible skins, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle R includes a variety of unique artwork that players may unlock and use in Gallery Mode.
