Kim Seok-jin (Korean: born December 4, 1992), better known by his stage name Jin, is a singer, songwriter, and member of the South Korean boy band BTS since June 2013.
His birth name is Kim Seok-jin. Kim has collaborated with BTS on the writing and release of three solo tracks: “Awake” (2016), “Epiphany” (2018), and “Moon” (2020). All three of these songs have made it onto the Gaon Digital Chart in South Korea.
In the year 2019, Kim published his very first song under his own name, a digital track called “Tonight.” Additionally, he was featured alongside BTS member V on the soundtrack for the 2016 film Hwarang: The Poet Warrior Youth.
The falsetto and emotional range that Kim possesses as a vocalist has garnered him plaudits from music critics.
In addition to her work as a singer, Kim hosted a number of different South Korean music programs between the years 2016 and 2018.

Early life and Education
Kim Seok-jin was born in Gwacheon, which is located in the Gyeonggi Province of South Korea, on December 4th, 1992.
His mother, father, and elder brother make up the rest of the members of his family. In 2007, he enrolled in a language immersion program in Australia with the goal of improving his English skills.
