The fourth season of Mayans M.C. debuted on AMC on April 19, 2022, and honored the late actor Roel Navarro, who starred in the show until passing away on January 5, 2019.
“In memory of our brother, Roel Navarro,” was written on the title card of the first episode, Cleansing of the Temple. Navarro made eight appearances during the third season of the program, which ran until the middle of 2021.

Who was Roel Navarro?
Due to his roles in soap operas such as General Hospital and The Young and the Restless, Navarro became well-known. In addition, he made appearances in TV shows including Bosch and The Dead Girls Detective Agency, as well as cult classic telenovelas like Jane the Virgin.
In the second and third seasons of Mayans M.C., he played Pavia, the vice president of the Mayans Tuscon Charter, which helped him gain popularity.

How Did Roel Navarro Die?
Roel Navarro passed away on January 15, 2019, according to a number of media sources, including TV Insider, when the news initially emerged. A revision to this article states that his actual date of death was October 7, 2021.

Rios praised Navarro in a previous post at the time the image was shared, implying that this was the first time an actor he had worked with had ever shared a photo of themselves with him. Rios then wrote, “I can't believe you're gone, bro,” following his death.
This is freaking awful. “My brother, RIP.” In response to Rios and in remembrance of Navarro, fellow “Mayans M.C.” actor Joseph Raymond Lucero also made a series of prayer hand comments.
