TMZ says that the Fulton County Medical Examiner's office said the celebrity died on July 18, 2022, from high blood pressure. On May 5, 2022, rumors about Samuels' death started to spread on Twitter and other social media sites.
Reports say that a woman who was spending the night with Samuels called 911 when he fell on top of her. According to the story, Samuels was found on the floor of his apartment, not moving.
