On Twitter, entrepreneur Dhar Mann was among the first to react to Judie's untimely passing.
“It is with great sadness that I inform you that our dear actor Carl Judie has died. “I've been trying for a long time to find the words to say, but it's just been too painful to write,” Mann wrote at the time.
The Dhar Mann Studios Team developed a fundraiser page for the actor, referring to him as a “real-life Angel” in a second tweet.
“You may be gone now, but you will always live in our hearts and your legacy of changing lives will live on forever,” said the blurb.
It stated that Judie provided “hope, inspiration, and love to Billions of people all around the world touched by your amazing work.”

Dhar Mann celebrated his life again in November 2021 by painting a mural of him and donating $25,000 in his family's honor.
“Can't believe it's been almost a year since our beloved actor Carl Judie passed away,” Mann tweeted.
“To honor his memory, I surprised his wife Sharon with a mural of Carl, showed her a video of him that we've never released before, and made a $25k donation under his family's name,” followed by an emoji with a heart and prayer.
