Former Michigan Football Star Re-signs With the New England Patriots!

Jabrill Peppers was a jack-of-all-trades during his playing days in Ann Arbor. Peppers was a multi-talented player who excelled at safety, linebacker, punt returner, and running back.

During the 2017 NFL Draft, Peppers was selected by the Cleveland Browns in the first round. Before being sent to the Giants in the blockbuster deal involving Odell Beckham Jr., he spent two years with the Browns.

After three years with the Giants, he signed with the Patriots during the offseason of 2017. Jabrill Peppers, a talented defensive back from the University of Michigan, reportedly re-signed with the New England Patriots on a two-year, $9 million deal, as reported by Adam Schefter.

Two years ago, while playing for the Giants, Peppers tore his ACL. As a result, he will only be able to play in six games that year. But, in 2022, the ex-Wolverine enjoyed a successful return campaign with the Patriots.

He was active for all 17 games, contributing 60 tackles. Peppers enters his eighth season as an NFL player with high hopes of returning to the level he had early in his career. He has been preparing to return to his 70-plus tackle form of the previous three seasons.
