In this game, you sit on the evil mastermind chair who has the goal of dominating the world by his powers. You have to make an organisation in the game and send them to steal and kill which results in giving points to you to succeed where other evil masterminds have failed.
Then at that time you have four geniuses to play but you have to choose one of them as each plays on a different spy genre. A cartoonish, Maximilian returns from the first game and you can say that he is the best one to control and give commands to more minions. More focused combat minions are controlled in a better way by the other genius that is Red Ivan and he is the Megalomaniacal general. There is another one who is a mad scientist of the bunch and she is Zalika and her research topics are done by her minions. Last genius is modern spin doctor Emma who helps her crew to reduce negative thinking.
