In July, the “Life in Pieces” actor Angelique Cabral accused Michael L. Ramos of taking advantage of her cousin and a J.F.S. Care home-health worker. Ramos was permitted to live in McClurg's house as her companion. McClurg has dementia.
Ramos was initially permitted by the court to stay in McClurg's house because the court felt “he would provide her with companionship.”
The ex parte petition, which was filed on July 14, stated that Cabral, the conservator of McClurg's estate, “had been suspicious of Mr. Ramos' objectives since the beginning as she observed him incorporate himself into the Conservatee's life while she was battling dementia.”
