But this time Waldron has devised a twist for the character- he wishes to explore the effects that Dr. Stephen Strange underwent in his previous appearance, would have on him. Elizabeth Olsen will be portrayed as Scarlet Witch, the villain, who can harness chaos magic and at the same time alter reality.
While on one hand Benedict Wong plays the character of Wong, Strange's mentor friend, on the other hand Rachel McAdams plays the character of Christine Palmer, an emergency surgeon who was a colleague to Strange. Other major characters of Karl Mordo (a mentor turned enemy of Strange) and America Chavez will be played by Chiwetel Ejiofor and Xochitl Gomez respectively.
The representation of the characters is what intrigues the storyline and Marvel Studios is already esteemed for this feature. Now that makes Doctor Strange in Multiverse of Madness a much awaited, forthcoming movie.
Music and sound

To effectively do that, Danny Elfman was hired as the music composer of this upcoming masterpiece. Elfman confirmed that he would refer to Giacchino's Doctor Strange theme and thus compose a spellbound treat to the ears out of it. He previously worked with Raimi on Darkman (1990), Spider-Man (2002), Spider-Man 2 (2004) and Oz the Great and Powerful (2013), which resulted in great outcomes.
Therefore, their reunion in Doctor Strange in the Multitude of Madness is going to be surprisingly awestruck. Elfman had already begun working on his compositions with his dedicated team earlier this year during the filming process.
All about the release of Doctor Strange 2
The sequel to Doctor Strange was originally set for release on the 7th of May, 2021, before being backlashed due to Black Widow's delay and of course the pandemic. It was further shifted to a new release date of March 25, 2022 after Spider-Man: No Way Home was rescheduled to a release date in November 2021.
This is a bit disheartening for the viewers because you will have to wait a bit longer. But there's good news for all the crazy fans of Cumberbatch! Yes, you read that right!
