Fantasy fictional stories, whether they are presented in the form of films, television series, novels, or other media, have maintained a consistent level of popularity over time. It's human nature to seek escape, even if it's through a story about vampires that kill, as in “Devils' Line,” which is a story about killer vampires.
The anime series “Devils' Line,” which is based on the manga of the same name, is produced by the studio Platinum Vision, which was established in 2016. The series has drawn comparisons to previous supernatural anime series such as “Shiki” and “Seraph of the End: Vampire Reign.”
“Devils' Line” is set in a world where humans and vampires coexist — vampires are referred to as “devils” — and tells the story of a young college student named Tsukasa Taira, who encounters a vampire while out on the town one night and nearly dies, but is saved by a detective named Yuuki Anzai, who intervenes and saves his life.
As Tsukasa soon discovers, Anzai is actually half-vampire, a fact that he keeps hidden from the general population, especially because he works on a task team that combats devil-related crime. He finds himself falling for Tsukasa after the incident, and she threatens to undo his meticulous planning and personal vow to never consume human blood again.
The first season of “Devils' Line” premiered in 2018 and consisted of 12 episodes. The second season will premiere in 2019. However, while the series was relatively popular when it first aired, it garnered a considerably larger following once “Devils' Line” was broadcast on Hulu and other international television networks. Fans are eager to find out what happens to Anzai and Tsukasa three years after the events of the first film.
Who Knows What Will Transpire in Devils' Line Season 2
Fans of the manga series “Devils' Line” will be pleased to know that the anime adaptation will cover a significant amount of ground. Season 2 would pick up immediately after the Season 1 finale, with Tsukasa and Anzai attempting to keep their distance from one another for their own safety in the aftermath of their separation. Unfortunately, they are drawn together once more by love and circumstance, and this time they are not happy.
The fact that Anzai is no longer a detective makes him a prime target for both anti-vampire humans and vampires who have crossed paths with him through his work and are now seeking vengeance on him. Anzai's devotion is called into doubt by both humans and vampires because he is a hybrid, which naturally results in him making a lot of enemies.
The Devils Line Story And The Plotline For Season 2
Anzai is the main character in the story. He is a hybrid of a vampire and a human, as well as a detective agent, who saves the human Tsukasa from an attack by a vampire hybrid. They fall in love, but Anzai is a vampire hybrid who is attempting to avoid sucking human blood, and Tsukasa's blood draws him to her, despite his best efforts to resist the temptation.
As the manga is still in progress, we know that Anzai and Tsukasa have ended their relationship and will make every effort to avoid each other. Tsukasa will make every effort to forget him, but she will never be able to truly love him. Anzai, no longer a detective, will have to deal with the ramifications of his previous activities involving vampires.
Anzai will come face to face with a vampire from his past who was responsible for the attack on Tsukasa, and this encounter will cause him to rethink himself and his motivations in life. Anzai will learn more about his transformations into his vampire form and will come to the realisation that it is not blood that causes him to become a vampire.
Anzai will continue to learn more and more about what it means to be a vampire, as well as about other peculiar instances like himself. However, the people from his past as a detective who hunted down vampires would not leave him alone in the upcoming season.
While attempting to remain away from Tsukasa in order to protect her, he will also have to deal with vampires who will attempt to kill him as a form of retaliation. During this time, his feelings for Tsukasa will continue to increase. While all of this is going on, some political intrigue will be injected to the play, which will add to the excitement. Keep an eye out for the upcoming season.
