Demon Slayer Season 3: Season three of Demon Slayer is absolutely on the way, so fans who were worried that we'd seen the last of Tanjiro and Nezuko (and everyone else) may relax.
After an epic ending that included some of Demon Slayer's most impressive fight scenes to date, the enormously successful anime program closed up its second season in May of 2022.
Demon Slayer also had a successful year because of the massive success of the spinoff/sequel film Demon Slayer: Mugen Train. When Mugen Train was released in 2020, it became the highest-grossing Japanese film of all time at the worldwide box office.
So, now that the dust has cleared in the entertainment district, what lies ahead for Tanjiro and the Hashira Corps in their continuous battle against Muzan Kibutsuji? Here's all we know about the third season of Demon Slayer.
When Will Demon Slayer Season 3 Be Available?
Unfortunately, Ufotable has yet to declare when Demon Slayer season 3 will be launched, thus there is no countdown. More details regarding the third season will have to wait. The most likely release dates are July 2023 or October 2023.
We'll let you know when the new season of Demon Slayer gets an official release date on the official Twitter account. Typically, most anime programs are released 12 to 16 months after they are announced. So we should know when the new season will be released in the following months.
Many anime fans are eager to learn when Season 3 of Demon Slayer will be released, but for the time being, all we can do is wait for news or updates. So let's hope we find out when Demon Slayer Season 3 Episode 1 will be released.
Demon Slayer Season 3: Plot Speculation
So far, volumes 1 through 11 of Demon Slayer have been made into an anime. So, volume 12 picks up where the anime left off. So, if you can't wait for Season 3 of Demon Slayer to come out, you might want to pick up the English version of Demon Slayer Manga Volume 12.
In Japan, there are 23 volumes of Demon Slayer manga out right now. The Demon Slayer manga will be done in 2022. That means that KNY's story is over. The story will move forward in Season 3 of “Demon Slayer,” which is expected to cover manga volumes 12 through 14 or 15.
The plot of season three will be based on the ninth arc of the manga, which is called the “Swordsmith Village” arc. Most likely, there will be a total of four seasons of Demon Slayer. We will find out if Hashira's training arc is planned for this season by the studio Ufotable.
I think you should read the Demon Slayer manga. Even though the anime is almost perfect, it doesn't have the storytelling that the manga does. Because of this, it is worth reading the source material.
