The 30-year-old Fifty Shades of Grey actress said how she's been able to stay away from her family and friends throughout the coronavirus outbreak by “being kind to her body.”
“You're at home; you're no longer with your friends, no longer with your family, and you're no longer capable of doing the things that make your life worthwhile,” she told Extra on Wednesday. “You're dressed in a depressed costume,” she continued.
“Right now, there's also a lot of pain and unhappiness ricocheting around the world on a constant basis, so it's difficult to feel entirely happy all day, every day when the world is sad, scary, terrifying, and lonely,” she continued.
Melanie Griffith's daughter, who is the daughter of Melanie Griffith and Don Johnson, says that she copes with her depression by remaining active. “Meditation or going for a stroll, staying in shape for your body… “In the end, it's the little things that make a difference.”

“I've been analysing a lot, watching a lot of movies, and working on manufacturing stuff, trying to be productive,” she explained.
