A trailer for Black Adam has surfaced, bringing us one step closer to seeing the film in theatres. The only issue is that it has not yet been made public. Still, we're looking forward to seeing Dwayne Johnson take on a character even more fierce and rowdy than his wrestling image in this new role. This is Teth-Adam, also known as Black Adam, a mystical entity whose roots extend back 5,000 years, but who emerges in the present day to confront the team that predates the Justice League.
However, when may we expect to see a Black Adam film? And how anti-heroic will he be?? To make sense of it all, we're sifting through decades of comics history and current news events. Oh, and if you haven't already, scroll down to see a brand new image of DJ as Black Adam!
Black Adam, as Johnson has hinted, will not be a benevolent character. An anti-superhero theme runs through the film's plot, which begins with his roots in the distant past and eventually moves closer to the present day.
According to Johnson's social media postings, “Black Adam” has real “magical powers equivalent to those of Superman, but he doesn't toe the line or follow the rules. In his own way, he's an original, rebellious super-hero who is committed to doing what's right for the people.”

Black Adam Movie Release Date
The film Black Adam will be released on July 29, 2022. This is the game's second release date, following a lengthy period in which there were none at all. Johnson initially stated a release date of December 22, 2021, in November of this year. It was through a takeover of Times Square's billboards that Johnson made this statement, which he subsequently broadcast on social media in video form.
It has since been announced that the Black Adam movie would be delayed due to the COVID-19 epidemic, which has caused a flurry of postponements in the film industry. Now, it looks like the team behind Black Adam is waiting for everything to be ironed out before announcing a new — and hopefully final — release date for the game.
Black Adam Movie Trailer News, Teaser Trailer, and Clips
In attendance at CinemaCon 2022 (the annual convention for cinema owners), Dwayne Johnson debuted the first trailer for Black Adam, which has not yet been made accessible to the general public. According to Deadline, the footage starts with Dr. Fate (Pierce Brosnan) asking a question “What, exactly, are the abilities that have been bestowed upon you, Black Adam? Do you have feelings for someone yet are experiencing heartache?”
After that, Black Adam talks of being born a slave and being “reborn a god,” and then we witness him “destroying helicopters and coming into touch with what appears to be mercenaries,” among other things. Afterward, Black Adam actually manages to capture a missile. Hawkman, played by Aldis Hodge, appears to challenge Black Adam, claiming that “heroes don't murder people,” to which Black Adam reacts by declaring, “Well, I certainly do.”
Dwayne Johnson appeared in a new teaser trailer for Black Adam, which premiered at DC Fandom 2021 and showed us some of him in the armor. We also had the opportunity to meet his supporting cast. Then, in the real clip, he burnt a dude's skull to ash with a flamethrower.
