The long-awaited sequel to Avengers: Endgame, Avengers: The Kang Dynasty, was finally announced at San Diego Comic-Con 2022, offering a first glimpse of what the Multiverse Saga is building towards.
Not only that, but Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige revealed that a second Avengers film, Secret Wars, will be released the same year as Kang Dynasty, bringing Marvel Phase 6 to a close. Although the next Avengers film is still a few years away, there's a lot to look forward to.
We already know that Deston Daniel Crettin from Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings will direct, and Jonathan Majors will most likely reprise his role as Kang the Conqueror (first seen as He Who Remains in season 1 of Loki).

The Cast of Avengers: The Kang Dynasty
Jonathan Majors, who first appeared as Kang the Conqueror (as He Who Remains) in Loki's first season, will almost certainly reprise his role for Kang Dynasty. Majors will play Kang in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, premiere in 2023, and officially kick off Phase 5 of the MCU.
The film will most likely set up Kang's supervillain arc, which will culminate in Kang Dynasty. Because Kang the Conqueror is related to the Fantastic Four (whose new film will kick off Phase 6) and the villain Doctor Doom in the comics, these characters may also appear in the movie.
There have been no other casting announcements, but we can expect to see some familiar faces. Doctor Strange is a good bet given his antics in the multiverse, and Loki could make an appearance given that he's already met a variant of Kang.
Ant-Man is another possibility, given that Kang will appear in Quantumania. Each hero has a solo project in the ongoing Multiverse Saga; the new Avengers could also include the Fantastic Four, Shang-Chi, the new Black Panther, Ironheart, and Daredevil.

The Plot of Avengers: The Kang Dynasty
Avengers plot summary: The Kang Dynasty is hard to come by. We already know that the eponymous antagonist will appear in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. The unreleased Comic-Con trailer for the sequel teased Kang's presence in the Quantum Realm. The real question is, are we certain that's Kang?
In the Loki season 1 finale, a Loki variant, Sylvie, killed He Who Remains, unleashing a multiverse of Kangs who appear to be bent on total timeline dominance. Given that the new Avengers film's title includes “Dynasty,” we can expect a slew of different Kangs to go to war with the Avengers and each other.
Kang has already been teased as a villain by Kevin Feige. “What I like about [Kang] is that he is entirely different from Thanos. He is unique. It's not just that there's a bigger purple guy with a helmet; Kang isn't like that, “According to Feige, ComicBook.
“Kang is a very different type of villain, and the fact that he is many, many different characters is what excites and distinguishes him the most.”Now, consider the comics: in The Kang Dynasty, which ran from 2000 to 2001.
Kang took over the Earth by destroying the United Nations, teaming up with a slew of villains, including Eternals' foes, the Deviants, and the underwater armies of Atlantis, and promising them all of the planets.
Kang then travels into the future to see how the Avengers might stop him, only to return to the present and derail their plans. Kang quickly gains control of the world.
The Avengers reassemble and launch an attack from space, only to fail. Only when The Wasp rallies the other villains and turns them on Kang, do the superheroes succeed in saving the day.

When Will Avengers: The Kang Dynasty Come Out?
At Marvel's 2022 San Diego Comic-Con panel, Kevin Feige, the company's boss, said that the next Avengers movie, The Kang Dynasty, will come out on May 5, 2025. Also, six months later, on November 7, 2025, we'll get Avengers: Secret Wars. When it rains, it pours.
