No, the Vanderpump Rules co-stars are not together and officially parted ways in May 2023, according to Page Six. Not only that but according to the insider, Tom and Raquel split up much earlier than expected. But did they truly end things?
A source said that the reality stars ended their secret affair two months after it began. “Raquel dipped out,” the person explained. “Sandoval is not the one for her.”
An informant also informed The Messenger in May 2023 that Tom was not in the right mental state to pursue a meaningful relationship with Raquel. “His relationships with everyone right now are on the back burner, and he's focusing on his music,” the source told the site, adding.
“He's going to be 40 and is doing his best to get away from all of this, but he struggles at times. It's one day at a time for anyone who wants to improve themselves.

Despite the news, Raquel and Tom told Andy Cohen during Part 3 of the reunion (filmed in March 2023) that they were “in love.” Does this imply that they may still be seeing each other? It's unclear.
What we do know is that Raquel entered a mental health facility on April 14, 2023, as confirmed by her representative. The two may still be dealing with the effects of the affair.
When Did Tom and Raquel’s Affair Start With Vanderpump Rules?
Ariana claimed in the Vanderpump Season 10 finale in May 2023 that Tom and Raquel's romance began in August 2022, following the death of Ariana's dog, Charlotte, and her girls' vacation to Vanderpump Rules with Raquel, Katie, Scheana, Charli, and Kristina Kelly.
“I went with Tom to Tom Tom because he was having a party. “I found a screen recording of them on FaceTime,” Ariana told Katie and Scheana about how she discovered Tom and Raquel's affair.
“It literally started the night before. “He was at [Tom Schwartz's].” She then said, “I phoned Raquel and started making her like, F—ing, tell me what the f—? When did this start? She said, ‘Right after the girls trip.' I am like, ‘You mean right after Charlotte died?'”
Tom Schwartz also revealed on an episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen in April 2023 that he first learned of Tom and Raquel's relationship in August 2022.
Schwartz told Andy Cohen that he learned of the romance in January 2023, when Sandoval acknowledged being “in love with Raquel.” “I was flabbergasted but not surprised because, I think, there's a lot of people out there who kind of knew it was an open secret,” said Schwartz.
Schwartz further accused Sandoval of being “flagrant” and “brazen” about the affair between January and March 2023, when Ariana learned about it.

He also accused Sandoval of “placing” him by informing him that he intended to end his relationship with Ariana before his romance with Raquel became public.
“I'm being fed a narrative that he has broken up with Ariana or attempted to many times—that he's not happy, they're not healthy, they're not intimate, blah blah,” Schwartz went on to say. “All of that's inconsequential now in light of the way he handled it.”
