Evans was born and reared in Poquoson, Virginia, to parents Tom and Jean Evans. She attended Lindenwood University on a full scholarship, graduating in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in digital film arts and broadcast communications.

How Did They Meet?
In September 2021, filming began for Echard's season of The Bachelor. On the first night, when Echard met Evans, she stood out thanks to her buzzer handshake, which sent off a vibration.
