“So Brice and I are no longer living together.” “We have separated,” she reveals. “When we were in a relationship, we lived together as if we were roommates. And I couldn't live like that because I don't want to be in a relationship where there isn't any love or, I'm not sure, spark.”
Drawing on her parents' long-standing romance, Liz shares her wish for a deep, meaningful connection but recognizes that it is impossible with someone content with mediocrity.

“I want that,” she adds, “but I can't do it with someone who is OK with being in a good relationship, a mediocre relationship. And I can't be in a mediocre, fine relationship because it's not who I am.”
Reflecting on her emotional condition, Liz says that she is experiencing a rush of emotions, the majority of which are anger as a result of the unanticipated events. However, she emphasizes that Brice is still a fundamentally nice guy.

Liz and Brice had their first child together in November 2023. Liz and Brice announced in September 2023 that they were expecting their first child together!
