Lee Jae-Kyo, the director of All of Us Are Dead, agreed, telling The Korea Herald that he had “deliberately” left the room in the show for a possible second season:
“Many paths, places, and situations were purposefully constructed to expand the tale into an additional season, including the introduction of the new races of zombies,” Lee stated, alluding to the hybrid zombies seen in the second half show.

Netflix hasn't officially renewed All of Us Are Dead, but we're confident that, like zombies, this programme won't die quickly. Choi Nam-era, played by Cho Yi-Hyun, is one character we can almost certainly expect to return. Unless, of course, the programme tweaks things up in the future with a new cast.

What will happen in the second season of All of Us Are Dead?
Almost everyone died at the end of All of Us Are Dead. The city of Hyosan was swiftly overrun by the zombie threat following the initial outbreak, and most of the undead were eventually exterminated by Korean military bombing.

Nam-Ra ends up with her friends instead of the hybrids at the end of Joo Dong-original gun's webtoon, which is significantly different from the show's current course.
However, there is a tease that the infection has now gone to Japan, which is something that season two could easily investigate, whether the show only alludes to it or the entire tale is relocated to Japan. Given that All of Us Are Dead is a South Korean production, the latter alternative is doubtful.
