After finishing season one of Alchemy of Souls, I had only one week to reorganise. Once I caught up on everything I'd been neglecting, the week flew past. The 22nd of November's Soompi article quotes Lee as saying, “I lacked the stamina to replicate Jang-wook three years later.” Production slowed down in the beginning because of it. Understanding & expressing my character took some work.
A hint towards Season 2 is also included in the closing episode. The brief clip appears to take place some time after the events of the first season, and shows Jang Wook on a murderous spree, slashing soul-shifters mercilessly with Nak-sword. su's Most intriguingly, it appears to foreshadow the reappearance of Go Yoon-jung in the role of Nak-su, adding another layer of intrigue to the mystery of Mu-ultimate deok's fate.
