META Publishing and developer ONE-O-ONE Games have announced AFTERMATH, a psychological survival thriller that will be released in 2022 on the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
What is Aftermath About?
Charlie Gray was on top of the world at the time. As a gifted engineer and European astronaut, Charlie's professional achievements had elevated her to a level of achievement that most people could only dream of.
However, following a horrific reentry to Earth and the traumatic events that followed, Charlie returns to Earth with a broken spirit. Charlie finds herself isolated in a barren, defragmented world after her life has taken a downward spiral towards ever darker depths.
The only thing she knows is that she has to discover the one thing that still matters to her: Sammy. She doesn't know what else to do.
Aftermath follows Charlie's adventure through an unfamiliar European city as she searches for her daughter and battles not just a supernatural presence, but also her own demons. The game is available on PC and PlayStation 3.
Examine your surroundings and make use of the urban resources that are available to you. Ordinary, common objects can be transformed into powerful weapons in your battle against the strange entities that have taken over the city.
