Following a series of postponements, both Hogwarts Legacy and Gotham Knights are finally set to be released this year, according to the most recent tweet from HBO CEO Jason Kilar.
HBO's CEO published a series of tweets in which he explained the company's fourth-quarter and full-year results from the previous year. Kilar mentioned that HBO would be “delivering a full slate of highly anticipated games” as one of the details that were revealed. He also included two images with the tweet, one of Hogwarts Legacy and the other of Gotham Knights, which were both taken from the show.
Those interested in receiving more information on Hogwarts Legacy should keep an eye on PlayStation's State of Play, which is expected to be released later this month. The dates would be inconsistent with previous events, and rumors suggest that a AAA IP will be displayed, leading many to believe that this could be Hogwarts Legacy.
Record revenues. A leading streamer just 19 months into the HBO Max build. Setting the pace for this industry creatively. It’s been only a few years since we embarked on going direct to customers and going global. I am proud to report on behalf of the team that it is working. 9/x
