What Is Aeterna Noctis?

An upcoming 2D Metroidvania game developed by PlayStation Spain as part of their PlayStation Alianzas program. Aeterna Noctis is being supported by PlayStation Spain through their PlayStation Alianzas program.

Aeterna is a fantasy novel that narrates the narrative of the King of Darkness and his never-ending crusade against the Queen of Light for control of Aeterna's throne.

It was a long time ago that both leaders were cursed with the gift of immortality and forced to fight each other until death do them part.

Players will be immersed in this never-ending fight through 16 demanding levels, each one packed with perils and each zone distinct from the others—including more than 100 different monsters, over 20 powerful bosses, and dozens of difficult puzzles—as well as through 16 challenging levels.
